Shipping policy

Shipping-All purchases will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase. If you have any special shipment needs please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping is added at the time of checkout. Additional shipping charges may be added to shipments going to AK, HI.

If an item is damaged during shipping please contact me immediately, no later than 7 days of receipt. I will work with you to arrange a replacement, but please remember each piece is an original and an exact match is highly unlikely. 

Please contact for international shipping. Buyer is responsible for duties, fees, or taxes incurred upon receipt in the destination country. 

Giddy Up Art is not responsible for any lost, stolen or abandon packages. In the event of a stolen package refunds will not be issued. Please ensure correct shipping information is provided at checkout.

If you are purchasing a gift that is to be sent directly to the recipient, please notify us. We are happy to include a card with a message of your choice, and it will not include any receipts or invoices.
